Problem

Activity tab is not displaying grid changes.

We would need a place where it displays that something has been changed/edited.

Reason

The Table Grid Editor add-on doesn't log the changes in the activity. It is very difficult to highlight the changes in the current Activity configuration.



Workaround

Use the gd.insertChangeComments to display grid changes in the comments section.
