Grid configuration export/import

This article describes how to export and import grid configuration details.

You can download the configuration of your grid as a .json file and then import it to another grid. It helps you to migrate grid configuration from one Jira to another and allows our support team to troubleshoot your problem faster.

How to download/upload grid configuration

On the top right corner of the grid configuration page you can find Download config and Upload config buttons.

These buttons help you to export and import the grid configuration respectively.
