How to pre-populate a grid with data

This guide shows how to add static data into a grid in the Table Grid Editor for Jira Cloud.

Prerequisites: configured grid and columns.

In order to pre-fill grid with some information you should do the following steps:

1. Go to the grid configuration page
   
   
   

   Open

   

2. Add default grid data in the Grid default value block
   
   
   

   Open

   

3. Save grid configuration 
   
   
   

Now all issues will display the grid with pre-populated data. This is how it looks:
