Introducing the 'connected' grid, which allows to visualise the results of an SQL query in the context of an issue

Assume you are using JIRA for managing quotes for customers, and you want to show the user how much revenue a customer has been generating during the last 4 quarters to decide the level of discount this customer is entitled.  Using the connected grid you can extract that information from your ERP directly into the context of the new opportunity.
