How to Change the Order of Grids

To change the display order of grids in a Jira work item, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Apps in your Jira Cloud Administration and open the Grids management page.

  1. Click the image-20251230-043745.png button to switch to Rearrange Grids mode.

You can click “+n more” to view additional project or issue type details of a grid.

  1. Click and hold the image-20251230-044617.png button, then drag and drop the grid to the desired position.

  2. After rearrange the grids, click image-20251230-045253.png button to apply the changes

Result

  • The order of grids on the Grids management page is updated according to your arrangement.

  • The order of grids displayed in the work item view is also updated accordingly.
