Edit Grid in Fullscreen Mode on Customer Portal view

To edit grid in fullscreen mode on Customer Portal view, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Create Request screen that includes your configured grids.

  1. Click on image-20250908-050151.png button of any grids on screen

  1. Fill data and click image-20250908-051028.png at the bottom-right corner to save the grid data.
    Or you can click the x button at top-right corner to exit the fullscreen mode

Result

Filled data in fullscreen mode is also filled in grids on Create Request screen.
