How to hide a column from Issue view and Customer Portal view

To hide a grid column, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your grid configuration, click on the column that you want to hide

  1. Click “Open View Settings”

  1. Check the checkbox “Hidden” and select 1 of 2 options

    1. All screens: hide this column from both Issue view and Customer Portal view

    2. Customer Portal view: hide this column from Customer Portal view only

  1. Click “Add” and save your grid configuration

Result

  1. Hide from All Screens

Summary column has disappeared on both Issue view and Customer Portal view

  1. Hide from Customer Portal view only
